HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES/OPTIONS
UK Shipping: For our smaller items we offer free shipping to the UK. For larger items there is a small charge as it will be sent as a small parcel. Tracking is offered on checkout (we recommend this for orders with precious metals)
European & Worldwide: We would recommend choosing the "tracked" option for international orders but we do also provide standard shipping (no tracking code).

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have selected tracking this will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
