Please note that we cannot provide a tracking code if you have chosen not to pay for the tracked shipping option. Once our jewellery is shipped, it's in the hands of the postal services. 

We would always recommend picking the "Tracked Shipping" service on checkout to ensure a safe and fast delivery.

Sometimes the delays for regular mail are longer than normal, depending on busy periods or statutory holidays. At this time, it is normal to observe a longer delivery time.

If however after 14 days you have not received anything, contact us and we will be happy to help you!

If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.

BLACK FEATHER DESIGN is not responsible for additional customs fees upon receipt of your package. These charges are sometimes observed for shipments outside of Canada. Please check with your customs office to avoid additional charges.
